I managed Julia during her internship at EnsembleIQ and the entire team enjoyed working with her and was truly sad to see her leave. Julia brought the knowledge she had of marketing and social media but was extremely open to learning additional tools and marketing practices. She was eager to grow and learn in her career, and always had a positive mindset ready to take on any task that was presented to her. She was organized, timely in managing her projects, and proactive to get things completed. She provided marketing support to the two brands I manage, and provided support in many different areas. Julia was an exceptional employee—I wish that I could hire her again now! We met when I became Communications Manager at HowlRound Theatre Commons. Almost upon meeting her, I realized that she had an incredible skillset, particularly in creating and managing digital content, as well as branding and marketing strategy and project management. She quickly took over many of the daily operations of the social media, with a strategic Instagram focus, almost tripling the audience in a few short months. She functioned as a creative director as well as implementing campaigns herself from start to finish. She also created and maintained goal driven analytics and consistently met and exceeded goals. Finally, still as a student, she assisted in the creation of job descriptions for other student employees and then became the de facto manager for two of her peers. Throughout all of this work, she also prioritized her schoolwork, balancing this job and maintaining a good GPA, and was just a pleasure to work with. Her collaborative spirit, can do attitude, and seriously impressive skillset makes her one of the best colleagues I have had the opportunity to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Julia is one of the finest interns I've worked with at NEPM. She is smart and driven, learns quickly and can apply her knowledge to her tasks.
